At Cunicon ltd we can offer a range of services for your Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE) including one off Plate pack replacement to a contract service were we will arrange a time scale to suit your needs and periodically replace or refurbish the plate pack to maintain your efficiency of the PHE.
As well as offering the option for new plates to our customers we can also offer a refurbishment service of original plates this involves the following process,
- • On site removal of plate pack.
- • Gasket removal and acid cleaning process.
- • Crack detection and inspection using ultra violet light.
- • Fitting of new gaskets.
- • Fully pressure tested and re installed on site.
